In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise.

2Eligibility

To register and use the bf345 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account.

• You are at least 21 years of age. bf345 does not permit gambling by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of each wager or transaction.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from bf345 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion or forced exclusion arrangement.
• You are not acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any other individual or entity in making deposits or placing wagers.

3Account Registration

To access all features of the bf345 platform, you must create a registered account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to that number to verify ownership. By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bf345 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify bf345 support immediately at [email protected].

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. bf345 employs automatic detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bf345 may take any of the following actions:

• Suspend or permanently close all duplicate accounts associated with the same player.
• Void any pending bets or transactions on duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any bonus funds or winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bf345 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bf345 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.

Deposit Rules

Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following rules apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bf345, though individual payment providers may set their own transaction ceilings.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• Deposited funds are credited to your bf345 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bf345 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• bf345 reserves the right to request proof of the funding source for any deposit, particularly for unusually large or repeated transactions, as part of its anti-money laundering checks.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for depositing. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bf345 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, available 24/7. During periods of high demand or scheduled maintenance, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• bf345 reserves the right to conduct KYC checks before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to provide a copy of your national ID card (NID) or passport, proof of your registered mobile number, and evidence of your payment account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bf345 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It is not available to players who have previously held an account on bf345 under any mobile number.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
• bf345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering already in progress on an active bonus will not be retroactively affected.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire 7 days after being credited unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Winnings from free spins are subject to a 20x wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

6Gameplay and Fair Use

bf345 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics conducted by real dealers in real time. The following fair use rules apply to all players:

• You must not use any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to sharing cards, sharing strategy in real time during live table games, or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes — is strictly prohibited.

Exploitation of platform errors for financial gain will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Chargebacks initiated through your payment provider after a deposit has been confirmed and funds used for gaming are considered fraudulent. bf345 will contest all chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
• Sports betting markets are subject to result confirmation by the relevant sporting authority. bf345 reserves the right to void bets where match or event results are subject to official investigation, where irregularities in betting patterns are detected, or where the integrity of the event cannot be confirmed.

7Responsible Gaming

bf345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, the following tools and resources are available to you:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting bf345 support. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a 7-day cooling-off period after being set.
• Time-out: You may request a temporary time-out from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a time-out period your account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.

• Engaging in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bf345 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of bf345 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of bf345. Unauthorised use of bf345 intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bf345 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary decision to place bets or wagers on the Platform. Gambling involves risk; all wagers are placed at your own risk and bf345 makes no guarantee of any financial return.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond bf345's reasonable control, including internet outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by law.

11Privacy

12Changes to These Terms

bf345 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13Governing Law and Disputes
